Adverse Weather Arrangements 惡劣天氣安排

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 (or a higher number), Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is hoisted, the following arrangements will apply :

若當局發出8號或更高熱帶氣旋警告訊號，或紅色或黑色暴雨警告訊號，本院將會採取以下安排 :

For classes & examinations that have not yet started :
若課堂或考試尚未開始 :

If Typhoon Signal No.8, Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force after the following times, courses will be cancelled as indicated:
8號颱風訊號或紅色或黑色暴雨警告若於以下時間後生效，下列課堂將會取消:

6:00 a.m. – Morning classes/examinations that start before 1:00 p.m.
上午六時 – 下午一時前開始的日間課堂/考試
11:00 a.m. and thereafter – Afternoon classes/examinations that start between 1:00 p.m. & 6:00 p.m
上午十一時後 – 下午一時後至六時開始的午間課堂/考試

For classes & examinations that have already started 已開始的課堂及考試︰

When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is hoisted – Classes immediately suspend, examination will continue until the end of that examination session unless the examination venue is found to be of potential risk to candidates.
懸掛8號或更高的颱風訊號 – 課堂立即終止，除非考試場地對考生安全構成威脅，否則考試將繼續進行直至完畢。

When Red or Black Rainstorm Signal is in force – Classes & examinations will continue while all outdoor activities will be suspended
紅色或黑色暴雨警告訊號生效 – 課堂繼續進行 ( 所有戶外活動均會暫停)

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or Amber Rainstorm Signal is in force, it should be assumed that all classes and examinations will be held as scheduled unless an announcement to the contrary has been made by EDB and/or HKU SPACE
於3號熱帶氣旋警告訊號或黃色暴雨警告訊號生效期間，學員應假設所有課堂及考試均會如期進行，除非教育局及/或本院發出相反公佈則作別論。

Students are required to submit the leave application form to HKU SPACE ApL Aviation Programme Team for lessons/activity that are absent. Supporting documents are required for proof (e.g. Medical Certificate).
